Week 7 of the Total Transformation Challenge

Now for the challenge:

Week 7 Nutrition Goal: Get a good night’s sleep

This week, you will focus on getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night.

• Set a regular time for sleep and stick to it.

• Start winding down 30 minutes ahead of sleep time.

• Avoid using the bed for activities other than sleep.

Everything carries over from previous weeks. You are still limited to one (1) cheat day per week!


Week 7- Exercise Goal: Work out 6 times per week.

This week, you we will kick it up another notch and exercise 6 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. There are no restrictions on what exercise you perform. Enjoy!
