Week 8 of the Total Transformation Challenge (You Did It!!!)

For week 8, there are no set nutrition or exercise goals. Just do what comes natural. I'm betting that your eating and exercise habits have changed over the last 7 weeks and you are on the road to a total mind, body, and soul transformation!
