Tamara's 8 Week Total Transformation Challenge

2: something provided or experienced repeatedly

Changing your diet is not an easy task. Your long-range goal should just be to eat well, but first you must form the habit of making healthy food choices. As healthy eating becomes a lifestyle, you will find the other intangibles (such as weight loss, energy gained, less health complications, etc.) falling into place. The easiest way to accomplish this is making gradual transition from food choices that don't help to food choices that do. By making this transition gradually over eight weeks, you will build a solid foundation for permanent weight loss.

Working in an 8-week cycle, we will train your body into craving more nutritious foods. This cycle will be easier when you exercise because your body will crave the proper nutrients to re-build its broken down tissue. Hint, hint!
