Are You Ready to Change Your Life?

Changing habits that you’ve had for 5, 10, 15, or maybe even 20 years isn’t easy. It’s going to take some work. There will be good days and bad days, ups and downs. Although it is a simple process, it’s not an easy process. The reality is that your life will have to change, and change is rarely easy.

I’ve put together a 5-question true/false quiz to help you determine if you’re ready to take this journey. It’s very important that you answer these questions honestly.

True or false. I am willing to make permanent, not temporary, changes in my diet.

True or false. I am willing to commit to being physically active for life.

True or false. I am willing to commit an hour a week to plan my meals and physical activity.

True or false. I will be patient with myself and expect progress, not perfection.

True or false. I really want to lose weight for me, not anyone else; I just need a little guidance.

If you answered true to all 5 questions, congratulations! You have accepted that permanent weight loss requires permanent change. You are ready to get started.

If you answered true to 3 or more questions, you are almost there. You have accepted that losing the weight and keeping it off will require some change; however, you haven’t fully bought into the level of change that is required to be successful. It is my hope that after checking out my blog you will find the power within to make permanent change.
